Conflict Resolution Plans, Time Management: Peak and Valley Performance and Times

In a learning team it is important to recognize that each individual brings with them strength, as well as a unique perspective on any given topic. In order for learning teams to work well together there has to be mutual respect for one another and the willingness for each member of the team to do their share of the work.
