Conflict Management Style

As with different types of conflicts there will be different ways to deal with the conflict, not one style is better than the other. Each person or company has their own style that they choose to use in order to maintain control within a company and their employees. A company should realize that not all styles of conflict management will work with all employees everyone will have it’s own unique style. Conflict is not avoidable. Every company deals with some sort of conflict everyday. In order to deal with conflict management will also need to have the ability to empathize with the individuals involved in order to come to some sort of resolution.
