Concept of Leadership



My concept of leadership revolves around providing the best education possible for the students of our system. I view this as a four-piece process. In my view, it starts in the classroom so the most effective teachers are needed. An effective administrator should be skilled in evaluation of personnel so that weak teachers are replaced with strong content oriented teachers before they are tenured. Being able to demonstrate effective teaching practices and staying involved in the schools helps me be seen as a true leader.
