A) Hardware: All PC support companies should have appropriate hardware-checking equipment to check a customer’s computer components for faults and a safety check is a must. Making sure customers are safe at all times is a priority, e.g. if a customers gets an electric shock from a component that a company replaced, it would look very bad for the company. The customer would be liable to sue the company for not checking a component for safety reasons. Now what there was an accident or a breakdown situation? Comet is a great example in how they deal with it. The customer doesn’t pay anything, professional service, 24h help line is available for customers to call and report an accident or just looking for information. Comet will repair the fault, if they can’t, they would replace the component that is faulty, if they ran out of stock of that particular component, they well replace it with the model after that.
