In “Nobody’s Fool” and “The Last of the Mohicans”, the Hudson Valley’s presence is very prominent, though the way it is offered is very different. In Richard Russo’s “Nobody’s Fool”, change and the dysfunctional family are very visible.

The Hudson Valley is very present in both “Nobody’s Fool” and “The Last of the Mohicans”.
