Is HDTV available currently on Comcast in Colorado?
Not at this time. We are planning to offer the service in some rebuild areas later this year.

When will HDTV be available?
Our plan is to launch HDTV in the metro Denver rebuild areas in August - the outer market areas are not yet determined.

What programming will Comcast offer in HDTV?
Comcast will offer HBO and Showtime (one channel each) in HDTV plus a few local broadcast stations. We are still negotiating with the local broadcast stations for carriage rights.

How will I know when it is available in my area?
Comcast promotes new products & services to customers within an area within a few weeks of availability.

Will I need a new digital converter for HDTV?
Yes. The new converter will be available from Comcast when the service is launched.
