Cicero

The book Cicero was written by Anthony Everitt, and published in 2001. It has a total of three hundred and twenty five pages. The sources he used to write this book are numerous but were mainly taken from the nine hundred surviving letters that Cicero himself wrote to friends, family, and politicians, and their responses.
Born Marcus Tullius Cicero on the third of January, in the year 106 BC, he was the first child of his parents, Marcus and Helvia. Cicero’s father had high hopes for both of his sons and made sure that they were given the best schooling. His peers most likely admired him for his talents, but many writings were destroyed so it will never be known for sure. At age twelve he graduated to a secondary school, which spend most of it’s time teaching grammar and literature. At age sixteen he graduated from school.
