This workshop is designed for people who have never done a headstand, people who need to work on their headstand and people who want to refine their headstand.

Learn the principles that teach the body how to and what to do for safe and healthy inversions. Learn what asanas prepare us for inversions. This workshop is great for anyone wanting to learn how to do inversions and anyone who would like to strengthen their inversions. As inversions have to do and effect our mental state, nervous system as much as our physical body.
