Cat Tales

In terms of entertainment value my cat, Scuff, is the most engaging cat on the planet. She is rather rowdy and always full of surprises. Her antics when she plays, her communication efforts when she wants something and her ways of showing affection are like no other cat I've ever seen. She doesn't look much different than other cats with her dense, all gray fur and a triangular Siamese-shaped face, but her green eyes have a startling intensity and intelligence that really demand attention.

There is no telling why she behaves the way she does. Who knows why a cat does anything? She got off to a rocky start with us. I got her from the pound when she was still a kitten. She was the most vocal animal in the bunch and while my mom and I tried to choose which one to take home she kept following us with her eyes, and hopping around saying, "Take me! Take me!" So we did.
