TriSecure’s use of Reflective Listening Theory

Carl Rogers died suddenly on February 4, 1987, after a surgery for a broken hip. But all was not lost. Carl Rogers left behind the Theory of Reflective Listening. In this paper I will discuss seven principles of Carl Rogers Reflective Listening theory and how I would implement them into TriSecure.
Seven principles that TriSecre will embrace are to follow. I will discuss the principles here with ways we will implement and teach them:

1. Listen more than talk
You should listen to what is being said more then you should talk. Only interrupt if absolutely necessary. Don’t spend the time you should be using to listen and understand the other person to think of what you will stay next.

2. Respond to the other person’s feelings
