Type of business concerned: why I consider it to have a good chance of success on the Web



I have been living in England for more than a year now, but originally I’m from Marseilles which is a city located in the South of France. There is a saying there if I translate it, that goes like this “You realise that you love something when you don’t have it anymore”. And I soon found out it was true. After trying British food, which I quite like, the moment came when I started having flashbacks of my home country.

South of France cuisine also called “provencale” cuisine is full of flavours and is naturally tasty thanks to its products bursting with sunshine. Vegetables, fishes, bouillabaisse (a soup made of fishes and saffron), herbs, spices that give an unmatched taste. And of course garlic and olive oil.

Dreams of tasty meals made of the products I could find almost everywhere back then, but that were impossible to find now I had moved away.
