Aim: To find out what effects how long a candle burns.

Prediction: I predict that the less amount of oxygen that the flame has the less time it would stay alit for. The flame gives out heat. The oxygen turns to carbon dioxide because of the carbon in the candle. The carbon dioxide formed puts out the candle.
