Brave New World

Brave New World by Aldous Huxley is a science fiction book set in the year 632A.F. (After Ford). The world has become one large government. Religion, art, literature, and love have been banished. The only G-d is the father figure Ford, whose ideas of mass production are the basis for society. The World State’s motto is “Community, Identity, Stability. Men are now artificially produced. Natural means of procreation are outlawed and the words “mother” and “birth” are considered obscenities. Marriages are forbidden. There is no place in this society for free will. The World State controls every aspect of a person’s life and everyone must conform to the needs of the state.
The society has been divided into five levels. From the moment of conception, each person is conditioned for the role they will play in society.
