Should hospitals allow the use of marijuana as a painkiller? Many people believe that marijuana should not be distributed to patients because it is the gateway drug and very addictive. The opposing half of these people believes that marijuana should be given to patients because it is a good pain reliever for those who are in severe pain. The use of marijuana as a medicine is still very controversial. Doctors all over the world have opposing viewpoints on whether or not marijuana should be used on patients. The government also states their mind and what they think about the issue of allowing marijuana to be used as a medicine or not.
