Book Review of “Count Your Chickens Before They Hatch” by Arindam Chaudhri

Prof. Arindam Chaudhuri is perhaps India’s youngest management guru at an age of just 32 years. As the head of Planman Consulting, one of the fastest growing consultancies of India, he has been providing leadership training to heads of various top corporates of India Incorporated. After completing his Post Graduate Diploma in Planning and Management (MBA) from Indian Institute of Planning and Management -New Delhi, he went on to establish his very own consultancy at the age of 26 years. His biggest contribution to the study of management in India is the development of Theory “i” Management, an India centric management theory which has been developed with the Indian values and Indian perceptions in mind.
