Bohnhoffer is a movie based on a true story of a German minister named Dietrich Bohnhoffer who helps the resistance of the third right. In doing so he is imprisoned, tortured, and hanged.
The movie starts out with Dietrich in America in a gospel church when he tells his friend there that he must return to Germany to help his friends and family.
