Meeting rooms scarce at business venue
Meeting rooms at the Hilton Sandton Hotel, which has been allocated to business as a base during the Summit, are going to be extremely scarce. Those companies or organisations who wish to host their own meetings or special events during the Summit, are advised to secure meeting rooms at the Hotel as soon as possible and before 31 May 2002.

A form has been provided for booking of business events in the Hilton on the JOWSCO website, but is difficult to download. A simpler form will be placed on the BCF website by the end of May. JOWSCO have secured 53 000 beds in Gauteng within a 100km radius of Sandton.
