He has spoken to more than two billion people at crusades, through radio, TV, and satellite broadcast- arguably more people than any single evangelist in history” (Drummond 12). Billy Graham has been spiritual and diplomatic council to Presidents. He held his first crusade at Los Angeles California in 1949; the crusade continued for eight weeks and set the tone for the beginning of a worldwide ministry.
