Better Business

Currently, I am employed at the Cotton Patch Café in Denison Texas, where I work as a hostess/cashier. We have a hard working wait staff, and friendly hosts that provide great service to our customers. Hosts and hostesses are responsible for greeting people at the door, seating them, and telling the specials of the day. There are 2 hostess on duty during the weekend shifts. One hostess stays at the podium to greet guests and take names for customers waiting to sit down and eat, and the other takes guests to their tables. We have 8 servers on the floor that are responsible for 4-5 tables depending upon their section. They are responsible for waiting on many tables at once, but also bussing each table that is dirty. Bussing consists of clearing off dishes, wiping the table top and seats, and sweeping the floor. It seems like a simple task, but the wait staff must buss while having to serve other tables.
I noticed while working on a busy Friday night that many tables are left dirt...
