Being a leader

In our life, it does not matter where we live; we always are surrounded by leaders. In society there are leaders which become leaders because of a certain set of circumstances, or there is some other process that accounts for this. But I believe there are leaders are born with inherent qualities that make them effective leaders. In my own view, there are three characteristics of effective leaders which I consider a foundation. I believe these essential leadership characteristics are choices that we make. Effective leaders are passionate, authentic, and courageous.
Anyone can become a leader, but not everyone strives to reach such a status. In a group of people, one will be identified as a leader and the others will become followers.
