ABSTRACT

The purpose of this assignment is to show how each member of our Learning Team, perceives various aspects of coming together as a team. In the broad aspect of this paper, we will be looking at behavior, and the different processes of compiling a team assignment. We will be going into great detail on the different roles and responsibilities, decision-making strategies, time management skills, and conflict resolution plans. Each of the learning team members will be looking at different issues within our team, and will explain how their perceptions will benefit or harm the team as a whole.
