How many are your works, O Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures (Isaiah 104:24). Christians can learn many lessons from nature. With the fingerprints of God readily apparent in everything from the water and the sky to the animals that inhabit the earth, many writers, philosophers, and intellectuals have written the lessons they have learned from the wild. While not all view these phenomenons as works of God, all have a common perspective that humans could learn much wisdom simply by following the virtues nature so perfectly exemplifies.
The Chinese Taoists and Christians are brought together through nature in their theory of justice, being that the weak and submissive will prevail over the strong.
