ban all cars in city centres?

I don’t think that it would be a good idea to ban all cars in city centres. The chaos which some of the politicians are still talking about, doesn’t exist.
Of course, streets where cars don’t cruise haven’t got the noise like a normal street has got. But where many shops are, there are many offices, too.
