Baby

On Sunday November 12, 2000 I went through an awesome experience. At the age of sixteen I gave birth to a baby girl. It was the longest and most painful day of my life. Even still, it altered my whole world but could never dream of changing it.
About 6:30 in the morning I woke up feeling uncomfortable. I did not feel any pain I just could not find comfort. I eventually went back to sleep about 7:00am but it did not last very long. I ended up waking up again at 7:30 with an aching feeling in my stomach. It was not that strong but I knew it would be pointless to go back to sleep. At around 8:00 I decided to eat a bowl of cereal thinking that it might help with the aching but it just seemed to worsen. That is when I realized that I was having contractions. They were only ten minutes apart at the time so I sat and waited for my mom to wake up. Around 9:00am she finally woke up and I told her that I was having contractions.
