Babbitt Review

1. George Babbitt is a follower not a leader; he is the type of man who doesn’t think for himself. George Babbitt puts on a face/ a personality around people with “high social statuses,” to fit in where he feels he needs to. George Babbitt feels that being an upstanding responsible member of the community is more important then family. Also he feels that work is more important then family.
