This letter is to confirm that Mark Dyaliewicz and his wife have taken a 2 hour proficiency course on basic boat handling with me at Reed Point Marina, Port Moody, BC on Saturday, September 7, 2002. The course was on their vessel and covered basic fundamentals such as correct mooring procedures, safe use of shorepower, preparation for leaving dock, undocking, basic maneuvering, vessel right of way, and docking.
