Are We Free?

Science is fast becoming the most prominent field of study for people all over the world. It would take a lot of time for somebody to fully understand what a scientist goes through. There are expectations for results that are unrealistic or impossible. Most of the time these expectations come from someone without any knowledge or appreciation of the field. In today’s world, being a scientist is difficult to handle because you are easily criticized for something that you may believe is right, but other people may not agree with you. Personally, I believe that scientists should not be given a hard time about their study as long as it does not harm anybody or anything. Isn’t it weird how scientists are always the first to be congratulated or the first to be ridiculed?
