Is following your dreams, no matter what the danger considered stupidity, and naïve? Some might say it is, others though would have to disagree. I would happen to be one of those people who disagree. As long as you are happy, and you are following your heart, that is all that should matter. A person should always do what you want and not worry about what other people might think or say. In Jon Krakauer’s Into The Wild, Krakauer tosses that idea of following your dreams around between being stupid, or being heroic. Based on the real life story of Chris McCandless, Into The Wild can be interpreted in two ways. Is Chris foolish, or is he fearless? In my opinion he’s defiantly one of the braver, and more dedicated people I have ever heard of. To even think about going on half of the trips, and adventures he went through is ludicrous.
