Describe the information system and its purpose

This information systems purpose is to provide users with access to information on a number of investment properties that they own, information such as amount bought for, property value, location, description, rental price, water bills, electricity bills, and any other special payments including damages and insurance.

This information system meets a need by providing users to access information on their investment properties and allows owners to keep track of rent, payments to be made and compare properties, in terms of their value, and ultimately if the property is worth keeping.
