I. Introduction
A. Animal experimentation is a controversial subject that is still not resolved. Some manufacturers of cosmetics and household products still conduct painful and useless tests on live animals. If the test has educational value, adds to scientific knowledge, or can help improve human health, the sacrifice of animal lives would be justified. Because of the moral situations, and because of the many alternate methods for testing materials, animal testing, unless for the reasons listed above, should be banned. Animal deaths resulting from unnecessary research is unjustifiable.
