Analyze how the arrival of Europeans in the Americas resulted in a complex interaction of cultures which was harmful and/or beneficial to both Europeans and Native Americans.

The arrival of the Europeans in the Americas was somewhat harmful for the Native Americans but beneficial to the Europeans. The Europeans did not like most of the Native American customs such as their eating habits and religious beliefs. Likewise the Native Americans thought Europeans were wasteful with there money. They didn’t like how they Europeans were so desirous of beaver furs and deer hides. Because of these differences the Native Americans and the Europeans remained on good term for only a short time.
The Europeans arrival to the Americas was harmful to the Native Americans because they made permanent settlements on a lot of the land.
