Analysis of leadership readings

Leider’s Purpose shows us that life can be a spiral with turbulence, ups and downs, catastrophes or even still moments when we are in balance (harmony). We can be betrayed (Journey from Betrayal).

We see the possibility of transformation even after being betrayed. As a group, we compared notes and know from experience and ‘let-downs’ at work (e.g. employee-leader, employee-employee relationships) that, on reflection, we can avoid excessive externalization, but start to internalize more (rather than punish ourselves, self-medicate). Our ability to see the truth is what liberates us. We can be optimistic. Perfection may not be so necessary if we are content by connecting with our “creative spirit of life”.
