1) Perform a job analysis.

My two different strategies I would use to collect the necessary data in describing a job and the person suitable for that job are:

1. Interview current staff.
2. Dairies and log books.

For each of these strategies I have devised a questioner consisting of 5 question for each strategy they are as follows:

1. Interview Questions:

- How do you open the bar up at the beginning of a shift and what time, also how do you close the bar up and what time do you do this?

- What are your general duties throughout your shift?

- What objects do you clean and how do you do it, what other things do you clean and when do you do it and how often?

- How many breaks do you have on a shift and how long do they go for, also do you get any food vouchers to use within the place from management?

- How many days do you work and how many hours do you work per week, when a...
