An Elephant and flies

Once at a forestry centre, there was an elephant, which conveyed lumbers with his shoulder to collar.
Heaps of times, flies always disturbed him. They sucked his sweat, and even flied onto his eyes and nose. The elephant could only fan his big ear.
Even when the elephant had a break, flies are always there to disturb him. At that time, the elephant used his yielding and long nose to drive them out. But this kind of abjection didn¡¯t work. The common thing was that flies flied around or another group of flies came after a group of flies had just driven away.
Much more frequently the elephant moved his nose. Finally several flies were killed.
Then flies...
