An Act of Evil

The world is still in a state of shock following the aftermath of the unspeakable tragedy that sent the World Trade Center, a symbol of American power and wealth, crumbling to the ground. The attack resembled that of a Hollywood movie with excellent special effects, but no, it was not even close to being a movie, at all. Everything was, chillingly real.
The images of the attack, replayed incessantly, in slow motion on television news reports, wasn’t the only thing that was disturbing. It was also the fact that, along with the World Trade Center in New York (and the Pentagon in Washington), the world we know, and the most basic right we have_ our freedom, came crashing down.
There were people, the more lucky ones, who lived to tell their tale. The others_ the thousands who were trapped under tons of rubble and debris, or those who were crushed in the stampede, or have falle...
