American Destiny

“The American belief in a unique national destiny influences its relations with other nations”. This is one theme that is clearly represented thorough the actions and beliefs of Americans. This theme is portrayed very early in American history. It was shown through the westward expansion of the United States. Also, America assumes the reasonability help other countries through military force or helping a country with supplies. Even though some of the countries helped by America do not always feel like America helped them. America’s actions in the past strongly influence the relations with other countries.
To begin, America has many times attempted to help another country that was supposedly in need. For example, America assisted both in the Vietnam War and the Korean War.
