What is ambition? Ambition is a passionate desire for rank, fame, power, or to achieve a particular end. Like any other personality traits, ambition, has its positive and negative flip side to them. Positively, ambition is what keeps most of us going on with life, to have the urge to succeed and not to restrict ourselves by physical or mental territory. Positive ambition seeks beneficial goals.
