Amacco Energy as a Company

In this paper, I will be writing an essay on different factors that exist within my company. I have been employed with Amacco Energy’s Business Service Department for the past three years. I will give my overall opinion of Amacco Energy’s organizational culture, the management and the leadership styles that exist within the company.
Organizational culture can be best described as the personality of the organization. One can best describe a company’s organizational culture by looking at the structure of the company, its values and the leaders within. Amacco Energy is a company that places a lot of emphasis on the company’s organizational culture and focuses on trying to change things for the better. The company makes decisions by using the opinion of both upper management and the employees. Amacco makes sure that all employees understand that their feedback is used in managing the organizations strategies, products served and the image of the company.
