All Men Are Equal


Ladies and Gentlemen. All men ARE equal, for historical, genetic, and ethical reasons. The topic of this debate today seems fairly simple to my team and I. We believe it is fairly obvious, and that we will not have an overly difficult time in convincing you, the audience, that all men are equal.

Before I get too wrapped up in what I have to say, I want to define what we consider this debate to be all about, mainly so we don’t offend anyone. We are taking the word “men” in this topic to mean all of humankind. It is not a strict definition, but we believe the topic implies this. Also, whenever we use the word “men” or “man” in this debate, we are referring to humankind as a whole.
