Alchemist Santiago Goes Full Circle

In the novel The Alchemist, Santiago went full circle in his journey. I feel that Coelho did this to send across a specific message. His main message is saying that Santiago had everything he needed in Andalusia, however he needed to go out and see the world, because he could not gain all his knowledge and experiences by staying there and reading books.
