How would life be on death row? Hopefully, I’ll never know. Crime is a scary thing, whether it’s from stealing something to actually killing someone. Aileen Wuornos was a mentally disturbed woman, that had a bad life as a young child, but now her life has been taken. She was executed October 9, 2002 after being on death row for a few years. She was one of the only women in all of history to have the death penalty in the state of Florida. In the next few paragraphs I’ll tell you a little bit about her.


Aileen Wuornos as a young child was abandoned by her mother when she was just and infant. Aileen’s father was a child molester and a sociopath who committed suicide, also when she was young, somewhere around the age of 13. Aileen lived with her grandparents. A neighbor of Aileen Wuornos, named Annie Smith told people that she recalls her as a nervous child, mistreated by her grandparents. When Aileen was 14, she got pregnant, as the result of rape, ...
