Dear Journal,

Tonight I saw a commercial about smoking and how it is bad for you. This commercial has a good message, but it makes my stomach turn. It is the commercial with the three guys using rotten milk for coffee creamer, and cooking with old dirty food. I know the message is tat nothing is more gross than smoking, but must we go this far. What about the people who might be eating when this comes on TV, I know I was and I almost lost my appetite. I agree that smoking is bad, but we need to draw the line somewhere. I can't think of one person who lives that way. I wander what someone from another country would think of the U.S. if this were the first impression they had of us. I guess they would...
