Adversity

Good From Adversity
Throughout time, people can fairly see that bad things happen to good people. Whether you are a preacher or a criminal you both have a good chance of something bad happening to you. In the mid 1700s you can clearly see that bad things happened to just about everyone that was living in that era. If you were a colonist living here in America you had it very hard, you always had a new law or tax brought onto you. The colonists would have to fight many battles, which brought many sufferings to families. With this in mind, is it possible that through all the hardships that people have, the things that came about happened for a reason, and the outcome could be a surprisingly great one.
In British America the colonists were heavily neglected by Britain. Britain did not think that the colonies were of much importance to their countries economic society. It wasn’t until wars broke out that the English decided to help the colonists with the fighting. The...
