Adequate Service

“Adequate service is, in fact, inadequate.”


The above statement, “adequate service is, in fact, inadequate,” is simply saying that the service that a guest sees as adequate is just that, inadequate. This level of service will get you by, but will not, or should not, satisfy either the guest or the hotel. All departments of the hotel should strive and expect nothing less than excellent or even outstanding service.
