Action Plan

The Renewal Contact Program is designed to reward agents for creating and maintaining relationships that are responsive and of value to our customers.

Sales agent must sign an agreement form accepting or rejection renewal compensation. Agents that agree to renewal compensation and sign the agreement will be expected to contact renewals prior to their renewal date.
A copy of this completed form should be given to the employee and a copy retained in their personnel file.
