Abortion

One of today’s most controversial topics is abortion. Abortion is an issue that evokes, on all sides, very strong feelings and judgments. My feelings towards this controversial issue are that it should not be legalized for the following three reasons: it is equal to murder, it endangers the mother’s life, and causes permanent emotional and psychological problems on the mother.
To begin with, abortion is equal to murder. When you take another person’s life it is murder. The fetus is an innocent person. It is morally wrong to end the life of an innocent person. Therefore, it is morally wrong to end the life of a fetus. The fetus is a person, then it has the rights that belong to persons, including the rights to life.
