A well balanced diet equals a longer life

Just last year, I decided to start working out regularly to get myself into healthy shape. I figured that if I went to the gym at least four times a week it would help me to become more physically fit. I had been going to the gym for about two months regularly and I hadn¡¦t been getting the results that I wanted. I started to wonder what I was doing wrong. I went up to one of the trainers, told him my problem, and the first thing he asked me was ¡§what is your diet like?¡¨ I thought about it for a while and realized that I had been eating fast food almost every day. The trainer told me that in order to achieve the results I was looking for I had better change my eating habits. I immediately changed my diet around and started eating less fast food and more vegetables and supplements. Before I knew it I was looking and feeling better and extremely impressed with my results.
