Beautiful exotic islands, mythical gods and goddesses, and major wars that divided nations. Can you guess what country I am talking about? If you guessed Greece, you are right. My love for the country started when my family and I visited the ancient country two years ago. The geography of Greece is cut up into several islands, piercing cliffs, and raging seas. There were hundreds of mythical gods and goddesses whom were worshiped by the people of Ancient Greece. Legends of several wars still hold strong in the Greek society to this day. Therefore, it is not hard to see why Greece’s geography, mythology, and major wars interest me.
