"We believe in one God"

“We believe in one God, The Father Almighty, maker of Heaven and Earth, of all that is seen and unseen…” This, a statement that has been around since 381AD, is a testimony to God and his great power. Used throughout the Roman Catholic Church as a statement of our love towards God and our respect for Him.

This is not a statement that any two year old could understand as it has greater meaning than what appears in front of you, a thesis could be written by simply looking at the first five words, “We believe in One God.” As these words suggest we do believe in One God, One being consisting of three persons.
