"The Great Gatsby" Analithical

In the Novel “The great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald it’s a book that relates how people live through many struggles to reach the one goal The American dream. The way that the writers express his Idea toward the American dream is by giving us this quote “Then wear the gold hat, if that will move her: If you can bounce high, bounce for her too, so she cry, gold hated, high bouncer lover I must have you” This quote brings in the main idea for the meaning toward a American dream.

The values of this book are based on the two main characters in which are based on Jay Gatsby and Tom. These two characters have different perspectives toward life. Jay Gatsby had a dream and kept it strong by believing that one day he was going to reach it. “Looking at the green light” This shows that the green light was his inspiring, and motivating object.
